Puppy Return Policy

Absolutely we take our puppies back! It doesn't matter if it's weeks, months, or years. Every one of our puppies will always have a home here.

Do we get our money back?
Your reservation fee and any training fees will not be refunded. Once the puppy is placed in another home you will receive the money either in the mail, or by cash app, PayPal, venmo, etc. If we keep the puppy the purchase price will not be refunded. Keep in mind this does not happen often if we ever decide to keep one.

Do you think badly of someone for returning a puppy?
NO. We understand that life throws us many unexpected curveballs. Just because you were ready for a fur baby at the time doesn't mean that things won't come up. The most important thing is that you realize your limits, and are able to make a selfless decision to return the puppy.

If I return a puppy does this ruin my chances to ever get another puppy from you?
This all depends on why youve returned your puppy. If you've returned a puppy due to allergies, incurable illness, etc then this does unfortunately keep us from being able to sell a puppy to you. However if these conditions are something that another person in your household had that no longer lives with you then that will certainly be taken into consideration. We want to make sure our puppies can have the best chance of staying with their family forever.

If you return a puppy because of a living situation, financial, mental, physical (treatment available), etc then we will want to make sure that you are better, and able to comfortably care for a new puppy. Life gets better and we will recognize that you are in a better place!
